Auction Registration & Sale Site
Registration begins at 9:30 A.M (CT). The sale begins at 11:00 A.M (CT). The auction will take place at - Hwy. 13 South, 11 miles south of Prentiss, Ms across the road from Bournham Road. Watch for signs posted.
Buyer Broker Participation
Up to a 3% commission will be paid to any properly licensed buyer's broker who registers a successful buyer according to the Brokers Participation Guidelines. Broker registration forms are available from the Auction Information Center. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 48 hours prior to the auction.
Buyer's Premium
A five-percent (5%) Buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the purchaser.
Terms
Registrat must have a $3000.00 dollar cashiers check made out to themselves to bid. The $3000.00 will be down payment to successful bidder. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
Survey will be the Buyer's responsibility.
No mineral rights included in sale.
Parking at auction site will be at your own risk.
